It is good to work in Amazon as a girl and a boy can work together. The security of Amazon is very good and the temperature there is also good.

There is a lot of work pressure in the Amazon warehouse and our PA, RA, manager make the associates do a lot of work for their promotion and threaten the associates with termination from the warehouse and many old The associate has also been terminated and the HR people of the warehouse also do not say anything. Work is very easy. Work environment is very friendly no pressure at work.

The team. Especially our TL she is insane and torturing us like anything. Professionally she is failing to point out so personally poking us like hell. Kindly take an action against her. Giving promotions to undergraduates and they are ruling over graduates and talented agents. Because of her most of the agents are planning to quit the job.

After COVID organization has become a worst place to work.... office politics is at peak .... infact HR and TM is also involved in it..... It looks like all leaders are working just to put their chair safe by kicking juniors chairs ...
