It is good to work in Amazon as a girl and a boy can work together. The security of Amazon is very good and the temperature there is also good.

There is a lot of work pressure in the Amazon warehouse and our PA, RA, manager make the associates do a lot of work for their promotion and threaten the associates with termination from the warehouse and many old The associate has also been terminated and the HR people of the warehouse also do not say anything. Sir please help me.

The people who are above L3 are miserable They feel that they are giving salary from their pocket. Too much politics in the departments. No transparency. The work culture in ATS AMZL is really not acceptable. Managers, senior managers(TM) are the political game players. wanted to do all the cheap work from their subordinates (team leads) , no respect at all. HRBP are the worst people I've seen. Zero connect with the people. They are in the pocket of the managers. In a simple words if you do "*licking*" your having a great future ahead or get ready to be on DP and be removed from the system. What ever talent you have no consideration. Especially in AP TL patch. The team. Especially our TL she is insane and torturing us like anything. Professionally she is failing to point out so personally poking us like hell. Kindly take an action against her. Giving promotions to undergraduates and they are ruling over graduates and talented agents. Because of her most of the agents are planning to quit the job.
