Work is good in terms of visibility and responsibilities but the work pressure is too much for no reason. Depends on managers. Some managers handle things very efficiently and some who cannot handle things efficiently, will create unnecessary hypes and pressure and hold you accountable. Dislikes

Less manpower compared to the work load and the employees feel quite underpaid for the job role and responsibilities. If the company doesn't wish to hire more people, then atleast the existing employees must be paid well and there is absolutely no motivation for the employees to work under pressure.
