I spend most of my day doing data entry on the computer, rather than interacting with customers. Although I enjoy using my technical skills, I'd rather work in a position where I can also use my communication and listening skills to help customers.

Work is very easy. Work environment is very friendly no pressure at work.

The team. Especially our TL she is insane and torturing us like anything. Professionally she is failing to point out so personally poking us like hell. Kindly take an action against her. Giving promotions to undergraduates and they are ruling over graduates and talented agents. Because of her most of the agents are planning to quit the job.

After COVID organization has become a worst place to work.... office politics is at peak .... infact HR and TM is also involved in it..... It looks like all leaders are working just to put their chair safe by kicking juniors chairs ...
