There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is low. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different role’s within the same

Management understands the value of talent. Excellent yearly hikes and opportunities to better oneself. The Supervisor asks us to take decisions on projects and everytime on updates opinions are asked. I feel very included working here.

Working time not decided by HRD, this is decided by factory head. Appraisal perform totally biased. There are huge scope of automation at assembly production line when you are largest CCTV manufacturer.

Whatever I say about this company is less because I have never seen such a bad company. Employees here are harassed mentally and tortured a lot. If you work here, you can suffer from some disease. Politics happens at a very high level here You are requested that if you are not getting a job anywhere and you are going into depression, then you can join the company, other than this, do not join even by mistake. One of the most fraudsters don't spoil your career here the management is bloody blunders, disrespectful,unprofessional.once they will appoint you the manager and hr will make your life in living hell.

Timings are good but if we complete the work at early & need to go if any emergency can't go because time punch is to be mandate. If u logout early then u will get lop or half day loss

For now nothing, it’s just that I am being under paid for what I am contributing, no recognition, no motivation, no incentives, etc.

People pretend to be nice but actually they are worst than worst, they will leave no chance to destroy you and your carrier despite of your contributions and hardship you put in your work.
