Well , about Job security , You have to constantly do well to maintain or retain your place, Management is good as people are smart and workaholics, company policies are decent enough.

Dislikes

The people will be good but nobody will motivate you , You need to motivate yourself , work for yourself and so on. There is less to no learning if you are stuck on a same place but if you get promotions , there will be plethora of opportunities. Innovation are less but effective and work environment is great

My work is simple and repetitive but require proper understanding and maintenance.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
