Hello all, I am having difficulty connecting with people for jobs, have applied at Amazon, Deloitte, Wells Fargo, CITI etc via career page but it's been months and no response. And can't find much on Linkedin. In the context of the particular position I was in, there are fixed working hours, you're required to punch in and punch out and you're not obliged to work one minute extra. General informality is the main feature of the work culture and the seniors are easily approachable. There was no real growth in the specific position I was working in. The work used to have a dumbing down effect since it entailed a monotonous process which had to be executed every 5-10 minutes.
