I am posting this anonymously because am currently working here. So let me tell you how the TRMS or transaction risk investigator works. You'll be trained under few market places then you need to resolve cases in a day approx 60, if you do not meet then the aht will be impacted and this will directly impact the score card and they're thinking for the new joiners as well to perform like an expert employees and quality should be 100% without any error. No proper support is being provided in case of any doubts. Manager support in some extents and the day you receive a wrong quality marking from that day you'll be in manager's bad list. No skill development nothing.. I would not recommend anyone to join in this process. And the worst part is if you join in a contract you'll get to know from a month earlier whether you'll be permanent or contract extended or will end. I don't recommend anybody for this post as a fresher. no skill development and literally terrible work- life balance which has no satisfaction in compensation. We work a lot more than shift timings, no proper leave allocations. very stressful life. I don't want anyone to suffer in this job. This created both serious long-term physical and mental illness for me and I'm still suffering. Many are quitting the job within 1yr of joining. useless peak goodies, no support for work from home, terrible work life balance, creates serious physical and mental illness, very low compensation for the amount of work we do. No proper leave sanctions during sept to feb because of peak season. Purely very stressful job. Overall 1/5 for this job because they have given us salary every month even during pandemic.

Company culture. People are always ready to help you.

Dislikes

Strict policies. They have unrealistic job targets that you have to meet within certain time frame. You have to stare the screen for 8 hours. No time flexibility, they will anytime call you and put you in trainings without asking you. In the name of dynamic process, they will ask you to do anything. Managers are also not very much supportive since they are from BPOs.

Someone from your higher level would say you that your performance is nicely exceeding the best position, but unfortunately at the time of hike they may pay you medium type of hike percentage. Sadistic! But true.
