Top management doesnt know what they want and lower management are pressurised in every manner. Hyd site is the worst at managing people. OPERATIONS TEAM have a Lot of DOMINATION on HR. They believe that change is constant but the fact is they them self doesnt know what they want. They believe Amazon is a customer centric company but this is completely wrong. Hyd site is a number(metric) centric site and they dont care about their customers when it comes to numbers. Top level people are being hired from other companies and they implement the policies of that company in Amazon. They dont care about their employees....Read More

Dislikes

Irrespective of how smart you work, you'd be pulled back due to the politics at work place and imbalanced work life also is a cause of losing the enthusiasm.
