Dislikes

There is definitely no work life balance. Heavily coated with politics internally in teams and there is no transperency in anything other than the one which should actually should be anonymous. Expectations are skyrocketed. HR and Operations managers are bonded in a way that there are no escalation can be made at all. Everything review sessions and feedback sessions are completely fake no use in raising any concern until unless it turns to be a serious health hazard....Read More
