The person who gets new job feels that wow I will be working at Amazon that's were mistakes happen. Were what all are your expectations will only be expectations. You will make bunch of new friends, you will be trained for work but you will never have balance of life or spending quality time with yourself or either your family.

Dislikes

Just hate the Team managers who acts as more smarter as are not at all. The major part is the process were even these TM's blink but there are certain TM's whom you love working it all depends on luck. The most things which I dislike based on my experience is the following, 1) One thing you will always feel that where there is no work but actually there will be so much work and too much pressure. 2)The most important thing that when you need an holiday you have to beg beg and just beg here also completely depends on your TM. 3)Where I was working there the food quality was on extreme bad condition so due to this reason I got food allergy. 4) Salary they pay is peanuts but the bonus which you earn will never be in your hands nor you will get the feelings that you have earned it. Work Details

First day was all pampering,team intros and explanation about the work. You will meet new people. The fact here is you will never learn anything new the same one an only process continues for ever and ever.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
