It's a great experience with working at Amazon. I am very much satisfied with its policies , which directs and fulfill the responsibilities of company towards employees.

Dislikes

It requires more focus in the area of long existence or permanent recruitment of employees instead of contractual agreements. It is also in favour of the company . And also there should be some free food facility for ground level employees.

Training of Amazon is up to the mark.I learned many things there which include packing, picking, stowing and process how to deliver item to the customer.Environment is also good.If i get chance to work in Amazon again then i will think to make career in this field. Overall experience was good.

Dislikes

I observed that there was some politics in choosing right aspirants.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
