I have heard of much better opportunities and seen so many success stories. It's just that ADS ML data Associate is a role with least of opportunities. It's a great job for your first job but eventually you'll realize maybe you are bounded with way too many privacy issues to learn and implement something new.

It's pretty nice but work life goes for a toss as your level increases. Though it's differ significantly within various process. Data Associate role was pretty chill. I was always in my comfort zone.

The work as ML Data Associate is monotonous You might be assessed by different metrics such as  quality, velocity I couldn't see any abundant career growth in this role, I have seen people working in the same position for more than 3 years. This role doesn't require you to be an engineer.

Work Details

The work gets monotonous. The main role of your manager is to monitor your every movement. The management mostly about metrics, if your metrics are down you'll see the pressure. The role is really looks easy but listening to something all 8hrs 🙄
