The Managers disregard for the companies leadership principles. Very obvious Hypocritical approach to their favorites Your experience means zero to them after you get hired You have to fall prey to Amazons Data which is not relevant outside of Amazon, so they create a sense of dependability for you to not seek other opportunities

Work Details

Worked for Ad Success Team which has to optimize ads of Vendors and sellers so that they show up on search pages. Manage and forecast budgets for Advertisers

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
