Initially things were good but later it went worse

Dislikes

Poor management Noone hears you out No recognition No Hr support Hr pretends to hear out but result is always in favor of management and they only manipulate the situation Unexpected disregard from the company Undervalued for the work Only favorites despite of non performing are getting promoted and wfh is also given to selective people
