It was good until Jeff Bezos was the CEO. He truly was a boss who thought about the employees and their interests along with the company interest.
Dislikes
After the reins have been taken by Andy jassy, and the top down management even here in India, the original Amazon culture is depleting fast and a new culture is taking over which is from Hindustan Unilever Ltd. It's not at all employee centric and moreover now it's a cutthroat competition within Amazon India. Experience within the company does not matter anymore.
