Hi All, I am pretty much confused I need your valuable suggestion. I have 2 offers in hand one from Amazon L4 another from pwc Team lead senior associate. Both of them offer the same compensation but variable pay is more on Amazon. Which offer I should choose and go ahead with please suggest. Current CTC 6.0 LPA and offer received details below- 1. Amazon L4 ( IC role) - CTC 11.5 LPA( fixed) + 5 LPA signing bonus+ 40 ESOP 2. PWC - Senior Associate (Team lead) - CTC 14.2 LPA +12% Variables
