I have been hired in one of the most emerging departments of Amazon which is RBS Amazon, chennai. Things were good but later I felt its all a game here! All we (non tamil) face communalism but jo one dares to speak as they are scared to lose job. However, this was a new process to me and I was taking time to learn and work while I was put to coaching plan and now this is extending for the 7th month. This is so stressful and harrassing. Work culture is too good here and we can approach any higher level management people's without anyone approval... You can walk thru directly to anyone.. managers also guide you friendly. Go getter life in amazon.

Dislikes

They won't ask you to work always but some micro management people who recently joined amazon within past 4-5 years . They changed the amazon cultures and handle the people's using micro management. But it's not in amazon cultute chapter.

It's good in amazon. Actually we can manager work life balance . Management give full support whenever you require to spend time with your family. They won't stop your reasonable leaves and request.
