We have been given work from home since the start of the Pandemic however the job security is terrible. Though there are no layoffs but the employees are targeted in a different manner and are forced to leave by increasing work pressure and making it look like it is achievable but in hindsight it is been made difficult to achieve. After so many months some teams have still not received basic amenities to work comfortably from home . A horrible and sad experience....Read More

The leadership and HR not being seperate entities as supposed to be and making a team themselves together playing politics. Also the work in some teams is real sad and there are rare of zero chances when the employee can suggest an idea of have a voice
