Job Security: There is a lack of job security, as employees are let go unexpectedly. This creates an atmosphere of uncertainty and stress, impac ting overall morale and productivity. Career Development: There are limited opportunities for promotion, awards, or recognition of employee efforts. A lack of career progression can lead to disengagement and a feeling of stagnation for employees. Management Quality: The current management structure needs improvement. Effective leadership is essential for team motivation, guidance, and overall success, but the current management approach often falls short. Company Vision and Aim: It feels like the company lacks a clear and consistent aim or long-term vision.
