The company is ethical and empower their employes. I am handling the Kanpur and Jhansi location as well as both the location the working enviornment was good. You can creat ideas and work on it. I also like the rehiring policy of Amar Ujala.

Well ,i have worked with Amar Ujala and was looking after Kanpur and Jhansi location. So i have a exposer of both the location. My profile was to creat new innovation for the client and give them to new ideas which will help them to more exposer.

The organization is great place for those who like to explore themselves more and more. I had worked there as a BPO executive and learned many new things about media industry. I gained knowledge about how news paper cover it's journey from Editorial to printing press to vendor to public.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but growth is very slow. The work pressure is same at all the time. There is no off (even sunday), minimum 8-10 hours job. Sometimes, I worked 14-18 hours without paid extra or over time. The atmosphere of my department was not so good. The HR department was not supportive.
