The organization is great place for those who like to explore themselves more and more. I had worked there as a BPO executive and learned many new things about media industry. I gained knowledge about how news paper cover it's journey from Editorial to printing press to vendor to public.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but growth is very slow. The work pressure is same at all the time. There is no off (even sunday), minimum 8-10 hours job. Sometimes, I worked 14-18 hours without paid extra or over time. The atmosphere of my department was not so good. The HR department was not supportive.

Senior management tends to focus more on internal politics rather than data-driven decision making. Their approach is often based on assumptions rather than informed analysis. Fixed forking hours no flexibility. Hiring team often lies. I was promised WFH

Everything from top to bottom , the management is of no use they are just their to save their throwns be it hr team , marketing team , product team . Anything can happen in blink of an eye 3 business heads got changed with in a day so you can understand the level of job security there.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and tha management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

They are using some decent technologies for their production. So you can get some ideas about these technologies once you get a chance to work on.

Compensation is not good. High work pressure. Worst work life balance.
