To be honest my current Boss (Mr. Praveen Kumar Mishra Vice President - Project Head and Administration Head) is best Boss in this group that's the main reason I stayed for a long period

Management is completely ignoring the interests of the employees and gradually eliminating all the policies of employees welfare.
