Very bad culture so time West -Lower team are good but some responsible person not change with time.Culture are running in past 15 years same no change with new generation.

Top mangement not safe. Owner not belive on working team.Quality product not produced,Machine maintenance is very poor .Only quantity products produced in this plant.

There is a lot of politics and the management issues. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. Helped me get a taste of different roles withhin the same team.
