If you have good work potential and abilities to take initiatives this will be the great company. Do switch off your ears while working here. You may have to face attacks of false narratives about your self from your colleagues. People around you do politics 365 days do not listen them.Director's behaviour is good they are well supportive persons. Full ownership of work, excellent learning place.

How to servive between Politics and worst people.

Dislikes

Company is personal driven instead of system driven. No work culture nor ethics.No motivation , no job security.Full politics and just follow work instructions from top management , different mouth having different instructions and you should blindly manage that's politics with tremendous work pressure without any industrial culture or system. Very remote area.
