Dislikes

Micro management, work life balance very worst, internal politics, management doing favoritism, very old tech stacks, as there is favoritism so no growth for genuine hard working person. Even other employees does not have ethics and professionalism.

Nothing much. Got an experience working for travel domain.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Did not like the technology. They should keep scope for evolving the apps with latest technologies. Most of the app architecture are legacy and outdated

Work Details

Work life balance was not so good. They expect you to learn everything on your own and new joinees will find it very hard to sync in.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
