Should bring some Indoor games and allow people to play with the permission of respective team leader or manager if they are done with their work and only allow for 30-45 mins max. Ask employee what activities we can host on weekends if they are comfortable. Should host more sports event and they can also try e-sports as well for these kind of activities they can make an announcement and check how employees react and who are interested in it....Read More
