They called the new joiners by many commitments & fired with in 15 days of work. No abusing word, only fired the employee by without any notice period.

Dislikes

From the management to the bottom associate level employee all are doing politics & gossips on new joiners name. There is Mr. Anand as a G.M he looking for all operations. He giving assurance to new joiners/employees as your job is secure here. But firing the employee's with in 15 days of work. Very bad working culture. No bus facility, no food or canteen, HR policies are very bad. No work life balance. Old employees are not work place friendly. In any emergency you can't place a call during work, as they do not allowing any phone inside company. Management doing harassment after resign from your post. Even not giving your full salary after notice period. I would suggest, any new person should not join there at any cost. Bcz of no job security.
