If you are a family oriented person do not ever join this company. There is no work life balance. Uneducated management, They do not know how to treat employees. Poor and unclear communication lead to misunderstanding and mistrust among the team member. Poor management and lack of support. employees engage in gossip create toxic environment. Not a good company for career. company growing but your career spoiled any time. This called tropically LALA co. if you time pass its Ok, otherwise avoided this co for career.
