Altum Credo Home Finance follows a transparent & fair workplace, and the work culture maintained is in accordance with these ethos. We maintain a culture of Respect – for customers, employees and stakeholders. Further, to ensure this work culture, appropriate monitoring mechanism is also put in place and Human Resources function ensure adherence to the stated work culture. Neither HR nor any relevant supervisors received any complaint of this nature from any RM in Vijayawada. HR could have appropriately addressed such claimed had the same would have been raised with HR or appropriate authority. The claim is highly inappropriate, malicious and not tenable.
