The mangement and they will only they will not even give the incentives totally waste company
1) This is very bad company to work ,
They have so many issue like management and no value of employee
2) salary not credited on time
3) company don't have any standard policy for employee
4)they will not provide week off and leaves on time
5) normaly every company have standard working hours is 9 to 10 but In altruaist working hours is 12 to 13 hr
6) company don't have good HR
7) company never inform to every employee salary slip portal and company details portal
8) managers and TLs verry rude and on floor every time like they are wild animals
9) Nobody help to frontline employee
10) As per openion if don't see hell you just join altruaist you get better experience of hell.....Read More

They are not supporting at all , deducting salary and not paying on time properly , has also increased the work load and there is no culture for overtime.

They are not supportive at all , they are deducting salary for no reason , work load has increased over the limit and there is no culture for overtime , they are also firing a lot of people, and those who are working are currently starving due to delay in salaries and deductions.
