I have a good experience on that company all are good and friendly nature and helpful HR and team leader that way I spent my more then 2year and 2 plus point it near to stetion and salary be on time

Dislikes

Nathing any dislike so I would like to rejoin that company in future

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
