I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Irrelevant interviews will setup for project change and even if profile not matching also they ask us to give interview. No proper planning for resources management and project allocation. Like we have lots.
