Career growth was slow, some of the promises not met, less scope of your suggestions to be implemented, our commitments to vendors used to get delayed because of slow projection by top brass and finance department, innovative ideas and changing dynamics are being ignored.

Work Details

It was interesting, started travelling and administering work within 7 days from my joining. I went through several cultures of North East India, South India, Civil Services Administration and Christian Universities. Hiring people and making great teams.
