Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Working environment is one of the best in industry with competition, growth and learning. Exposure through travel to several states and meetings dignitaries like Secretary, CMs, Directors, Deans, Principals, IAS, IPS officers, etc. Growth in communication skills, administrative and managerial skills. Dislikes

Career growth was slow, some of the promises not met, less scope of your suggestions to be implemented, our commitments to vendors used to get delayed because of slow projection by top brass and finance department, innovative ideas and changing dynamics are being ignored.

Work Details

It was interesting, started travelling and administering work within 7 days from my joining. I went through several cultures of North East India, South India, Civil Services Administration and Christian Universities. Hiring people and making great teams.
