Nothing about the organization i can say for the best part. I will personally suggest you to never ever join this organization if you want a good carrier ahead, because the management people over hear are only to spoil your carrier if you once open up your mouth even though its for the wellbeing of the organization or project.

Dislikes

No work-life balance as higher management will ask you to stay late night to mitigate there expectation. No job security as any point of time they may ask you to leave the organization showing there failure on your shoulder. Did not ever expect the work satisfaction or progress in yourskill. In this role I had very good work life balance and got lot of learnings. I was never worried about getting lynched from company as Railways is a very stable business.

Dislikes

The salary's were never on par with industry. Tendency is to not to promote and there is no long term vision. And the promotions are never based on the skill/merit but based on who cries loud.
