Worst company. I don't even feel this is a product based company. Worst management at all levels. Policies are different for location to location. There thoughts are still way backward. Apprisal is given based on gender, not on the based on work.

1. People looking for genuine growth with managers support and guidance don't join here. Managers attitude is "you will be okay until you work according to them else Don't know you at all they will put you under the bus anytime". 2. Performance Review is namesake to show your failure only HR is let down, employee themself do more HR job than HR themself... Complete failure I would say plus should bare with their cold attitude. 3. Even if you are not assigned work neither Manager nor HR is bothered only they will react if you yourself flag but the response would be you are incapable of doing your job and will be transferred to role which is neither matching your profile nor they will discuss with you. 4. Most important if you don't have choice other than joining company always ask for job description in written even get it signed by reporting manager as role what you get is entirely different than your experience ex in case you go to HR on role explanation reply will be "you should even be ready to take printout for your manager" 5. Let down for women employee as they will be sidelined for growth by commenting "You will not be available after working hours" or Will give work exactly at 6 PM or will ask to stay beyond working hours to give some update. If you resist be ready for constant comment in every team meetings by making them feel guilty for giving priority for personal commitment after working hours. Worst is giving comment on taking WFH when kid was sick that too during performance review and will be giving low score even you have worked outside your KPI....Read More

Few of the team has very toxic culture. Micro management in whole other level. No trust to the employee. Infrastructure is very bad. No place to sit still expect everyone to come to office.

Favoritism and lack of qualified leadership is at top level which really impact morale and productivity. It's frustrating when ethical & compliance concerns go unaddressed. Team wise things are not align in IT department , Employees support is less , transparency is rare and for freshers is not recommended as they lack of trainings and support .

Very poor increment, unclear objectives for performance appraisals, even if you burn your midnight oil to perform at your best , in the end there is no assurance to get even minimal salary increase.
