Nothing about the organization i can say for the best part. I will personally suggest you to never ever join this organization if you want a good carrier ahead, because the management people over hear are only to spoil your carrier if you once open up your mouth even though its for the wellbeing of the organization or project.

No work-life balance as higher management will ask you to stay late night to mitigate there expectation. No job security as any point of time they may ask you to leave the organization showing there failure on your shoulder. Did not ever expect the work satisfaction or progress in your skill. Once you join the organization you will definitely get to know how corporate works by pampering the old existing employee & starving the new joiner also many humiliations included....Read More

In this role I had very good work life balance and got lot of learnings. I was never worried about getting lynched from company as Railways is a very stable business.

Dislikes

The salary's were never on par with industry. Tendency is to not to promote and there is no long term vision. And the promotions are never based on the skill/merit but based on who cries loud.

No new technologies or tools implemented same old process which was used 10 years ago and all manual work.Too much politics and stress from managers .work culture is not good and you have to answer phone calls even at Night if not will be targeted.
