Diversity ratio is ok. During onboarding they will give you a accomodation in a fancy hotel if you are lucky.
1. HR policies - horrible...being what conveyed before onboarding & during onboarding, they differs, not transparent regarding the perks and benefits for a particular job grade. Just because a candidate is selected, it doesn't mean that you need to withold the information. 2. Accountability - Being an MNc culture you have so many documented process for everything, but if something which is not related to the role of a person and you want him/her to do that, atleast it could be documented somewhere but no. 3. Blame Game everytime - 'we won't tell you how to do it and we don't know who will do it' 4. Discrimination - about being projecting yourself as standardized industry benchmark with similar years of exp, but in reality it's all about past salary, past experience doesn't matter. Giving the person with a higher job grade and lower job grade same role ny word of mouth but not on paper plus doing same work but not availing the same facilities. 5. Duplication- Formalities already conducted via an onboarding team prejoing, then doing the same effort again post joining why....then what's the use of engaging with the onboarding team if everything has to be done by the candidate, then let him do it one time only right. 6. Management is not clear on their vision statement. Too much customer eccentric, let the employee gets affected but we'll lbe functioning like a govt office....Read More

1. People looking for genuine growth with managers support and guidance don't join here. Managers attitude is "you will be okay until you work according to them else Don't know you at all they will put you under the bus anytime". 2. Performance Review is namesake to show your failure only HR is let down, employee themself do more HR job than HR themself... Complete failure I would say plus should bare with their cold attitude. 3. Even if you are not assigned work neither Manager nor HR is bothered only they will react if you yourself flag but the response would be you are incapable of doing your job and will be transferred to role which is neither matching your profile nor they will discuss with you. 4. Most important if you don't have choice other than joining company always ask for job description in written even get it signed by reporting manager as role what you get is entirely different than your experience ex in case you go to HR on role explanation reply will be "you should even be ready to take printout for your manager" 5. Let down for women employee as they will be sidelined for growth by commenting "You will not be available after working hours" or Will give work exactly at 6 PM or will ask to stay beyond working hours to give some update. If you resist be ready for constant comment in every team meetings by making them feel guilty for giving priority for personal commitment after working hours. Higher management is good in communication.
