Facilities are fair good enough like transport, canteen, medical reimbursement and health insurance coverage and working environment and working timings

Dislikes

Salary hike is not based on performance but based on personal relationship with HOD. Team work is not good. And internal working culture is bit political way of approach. Job security is also quite risky.

Very Poor Top Management Style of colonial culture. Most of French are in India's Top Management hierarchy and they treat Indian Employees like a slave. Very Toxic work culture and abusive environment.

No work life balance, micromanagement, inefficient managers at top level who always try to hide their inefficiency by shifting the blame to their team members. People are asked to work post office hours and even on weekend. Complicated tools and system and too much of manual work. Since the company is running into losses so they arelaying off people by putting them into PIP or by shifting them into a department which is nowhere linked to their education and can derail one's career. No job security. Hike is around 5%. Variable pay on an average is 60%. Too much internal politics and favoritism. Managers here have a good work life balance. They will log off at 5pm, are allowed to take maximum wfh but team members are asked to sit till late in office and come daily. Worst company ever....Read More

I will personally suggest you to never ever join this organization if you want a good carrier ahead, because the management people over hear are only to spoil your carrier if you once open up your mouth even though its for the wellbeing of the organization or project.

No work-life balance as higher management will ask you to stay late night to mitigate there expectation. No job security as any point of time they may ask you to leave the organization showing there failure on your shoulder. Did not ever expect the work satisfaction or progress in your skill. In this role I had very good work life balance and got lot of learnings. I was never worried about getting lynched from company as Railways is a very stable business.

Dislikes

The salary's were never on par with industry. Tendency is to not to promote and there is no long term vision. And the promotions are never based on the skill/merit but based on who cries loud.

No new technologies or tools implemented same old process which was used 10 years ago and all manual work.Too much politics and stress from managers .work culture is not good and you have to answer phone calls even at Night if not will be targeted.
