There is a lot of politics. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I like the attitude of management / owners regarding personal and professional both. Teammates and colleagues are supportive. Office timings are flexible. Technical team is there to support you.

Dislikes

Career growth is very slow. Working culture is not as it should be. Company polices are flexible for person to person. No additional benefits other than salary.

Compensation is nice, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is some time very high. sometimes I have to work 12-16 hour straight in days. there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes. Work Details

I will get recognized for all this effort. All the travel involved gets a little hectic sometimes, but it's ok. As long as I get to work closely with the client, it will be a great learning experience.
