I hated it from day one since too much politics n teachers n parents were below standard the worst to crown it all was the vice principal who was Mrs.jayalakshmi she was very partial n cruel to new teachers n she never knew proper English herself her pronunciation was putrid.

I hated working with Mrs.jayalakshmi who was the VP cum co-ordinator she was a cruel partial sarcastic insulting humiliating woman

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
