The worst part in the company I dislike is, all time we've to be accountable for each and everything, we're treated as student. Our seating plan is to be schedule by either HR or receptionist which makes us feel inferior. Being a responsible candidate working as an employee doesn't make us feel comfortable in such environment. This is the only thing I want to be change in company because mostly are responsible towards their work and they are appraised by HR each week then why to interrupt all time. Important for investors, employees and placement cell of colleges, do not go for Heena Realty, Alpha edge and Geetanjali Homestate. They all are same, run by same person but changed the faces to fool people. Whatever is taught is trainings is an utter lie, do not know anything about Real estate market in actual. Very bad environment, they expect you to do slavery without asking anything. And the day you ask for incentives or delay in salary, you will humiliated and thrown out.
