Training phase is best phase in the company. Mostly team leaders are supporting in nature. We get chance to utilise our potential.

Dislikes

The worst part in the company I dislike is, all time we've to be accountable for each and everything, we're treated as student. Our seating plan is to be schedule by either HR or receptionist which makes us feel inferior. Being a responsible candidate working as an employee doesn't make us feel comfortable in such environment. This is the only thing I want to be change in company because mostly are responsible towards their work and they are appraised by HR each week then why to interrupt all time.
