Supportive co workers, positive vibes, flexible with leaves

Overall experience good but work life balance is very tough as there is both field work and online works and as per work pressure increment is not at per.

Their is no job securities was their,worst experience ever I had worked at their Kolkata Branch frankly speaking that company hasn't any future at all....still I am not getting my experience letter , and my statutory benefits, they just used my skill and wipe out me before my confirmation.

Dislikes

I am not going through any training , work environment was terrible ,tea metes was very offensive in nature, actually no increment polices was their so it is not their fault ...

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
