Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Also, there is no on -job training for freshers, senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.

DO NOT JOIN ALOK, I REPEAT DO NOT JOIN ALOK. Even you don't have job still I will say better to be jobless instead of working with Alok.

Management, people, work culture, seniors, super seniors, HR team, person who is looking over PF accounts, no one is supportive. Politics is at it's peak. Toxic environment is there.
