They offer much less pay compared to the market Don't have extra facilities for employees, they only pay the salary. Zero work-life balance specifically if your team lead is working remotely. Also, un-justified leaves will be marked on daily basis under the incompletion of highly demanded experienced task from juniors/freshers, so at the end you wont be getting the in-hand pay what has been decided if you have consumed your allotted leaves. I didn't have less than a 1-star experience with the work culture. No one is going to listen to what you are saying or your suggestions. There is only a 1% chance of getting a good team leader. It's the worst company ever. However, it excels in high and low-level politics. If you are a politician, you are welcome.

This company is disorganized and No Policies in Place. Business owners calls all the shots. An employee will only get offer letter. No subsequent valid documents issued for any Salary Hike, Promotion, Appraisal letters whatsoever. Resulting in an employee who joined on X salary and leaving after couple of years will have the same documents as he had when joined without any proof of salary hike etc., as every year hike will be shown as only one component that is Incentive irrespective of number of hikes. Nothing to like except Hikes (without any proper document to prove the salary/designation change if any) from joining to leaving. No genuine letters issued in the event of any salary hike. Salary slips issued in paper form with multiple stapler pins, any hike given not split between salary components. Pay slips are issued after 1-1.5 months of salary credit which is on 7th every month. Sandwich concept of leaves. Many more. Only if you are fresher this company is good enough to gain experience....Read More
