Now a days there were lot of local employees as part of the localization especially in the management side and the foreign employess has have to suffer more stressful work and overload due to lack of knowledge to handle the employees for the management. Eventhough some of the managent peoples are illiterate and not qualified to workin that position. But we have to accept it if we need to work there......Read More
