The company encourage the employees and make employee orient environment which makes employee comfortable. The job security and salary are good according to the qualification.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
