9.5 hrs shift with micro managing 45 mins break Strict about login, logout times No pick and drop provided for night shift No outing or events done for Global project employees. No night shift allowance No hybrid or wfh No proper cafeteria No IJP, so you will be stuck with same roles and positions for whole tenure. Growth chances are way less (Don't expect) Rotational shifts

Allied gives a chance to New or Freshers which is good and I’m glad I’ve adopt that opportunity

I’m working from 2022 Nov to Dec 2024 even though I’m handling a site all alone but I’ve not received any appraisal or bonus
